What we need from you
- Room dimensions — front to back and side to side
- Ceiling construction — suspended grid or drywall, and finished height
- A rough sketch or photo showing screen wall, speakers, recessed lights and any vents
- Any effects you want — shooting stars, constellations, colour changing
A phone photo of the ceiling with notes scribbled on it is genuinely enough. It's what lets us lay the starfield out around your fixtures rather than guessing, and it usually saves a round of questions.
Where we are
The company is based in Las Vegas — the 702 number reaches us directly, not a call centre. Our installation crew and warehouse are in Dallas, which is where panels ship from and where crews travel out of.
