Acoustic fiber optic star ceiling panels for casinos, restaurants, hotels, spas and offices. Our largest supplied ceiling covers a 5,000 sq ft gaming floor. Panels $55 per sq ft, installed $77 per sq ft.
We manufactured and supplied roughly 1,250 panels covering a 5,000 square foot gaming floor at a tribal casino in northern Minnesota — the largest single starfield we have built. It runs continuously over slot banks and table games in a live commercial environment.
To be precise about our role: we supplied the panels, we did not carry out this installation. The photographs below are of the finished ceiling.
Two things about that project are worth knowing if you are specifying a commercial ceiling. First, the panels were manufactured to the venue's existing grid module and edge type, so they dropped in alongside the standard tiles — no ceiling was rebuilt. Second, because the format is modular, individual panels lift out for maintenance access, which is not true of a fibre bundle threaded through a fixed ceiling.
Our panels are custom-manufactured acoustic ceiling tiles with the fibre optics and LED light engine already built in. For a working venue, that changes the job considerably.
On building codes: requirements vary by jurisdiction and occupancy type. Tell us what your project has to meet at design stage and we'll confirm what we can supply against it before anything goes into manufacture — rather than discovering a mismatch after the panels are built.
Gaming floors, poker rooms and high-limit areas. Our largest supplied ceiling is a 5,000 sq ft gaming floor running continuously.
Dining rooms, private rooms and lounge ceilings. The acoustic core is often the bigger draw — hard-surfaced dining rooms get loud.
Suites, lobbies, ballrooms and spa treatment rooms. Panels match existing grid so a refurbishment doesn't mean a ceiling rebuild.
Treatment rooms and relaxation lounges, usually at low star density with warm tones rather than a dense field.
Waiting areas, imaging rooms and patient rooms. Fibres carry light only, so there's no current at ceiling level.
Reception ceilings, boardrooms and client-facing spaces where acoustic performance and appearance both matter.
The rate is the same as residential — $55 per square foot for panels, $77 per square foot fully installed, with no separate travel charge. Commercial projects differ in scale and scheduling, not in price per foot.

Not included: freight (panels ship crated, quoted at order), the suspended grid itself and your field tile, a ceiling outlet for the light engine, grid modification or supplemental hanger wire, and applicable sales tax. Custom effects such as shooting stars, constellation mapping and colour changing are built in at manufacture and quoted on top.
Panels are custom-manufactured to your layout, so lead time scales with panel count — a floor of any size is quoted and scheduled well in advance. See the full breakdown in our cost guide.
Tell us the area, your ceiling type and what the project has to meet. We'll come back with panels-only and installed pricing plus lead time.
