Not included: freight — panels ship crated and shipping is quoted at order. Also excluded are the suspended grid itself and your field tile, an electrical outlet at the ceiling for the light engine, any grid modification or supplemental hanger wire, and applicable sales tax. Custom effects such as shooting stars, constellation mapping and colour changing are quoted on top.
