Why Fiber Optic Rather Than LED
A fiber optic star ceiling transmits light through thousands of hair-thin strands from a single LED engine, so each strand tip glows like a real star. Unlike LED star ceilings, which mount individual diodes in the ceiling itself, fiber optic systems put no electrical current above your head at all.
- Realism — varying star brightness and true twinkling, not a uniform grid of dots
- Efficiency — the whole system draws 5–15 watts, less than a single bulb
- Safety — no current in the fibres, so it works in bathrooms, pools, spas and saunas

How the Panel System Works
Our panels are custom-manufactured acoustic ceiling tiles with the fiber optics and LED light engine already built in. They drop straight into a suspended grid alongside your existing tiles, or surface mount where there's no grid. Power runs on Cat5 cable that daisy-chains panel to panel — one outlet at the ceiling is all the system needs.
