Our certified two-person crew fits and commissions your panels, usually in a single day. $22 per sq ft on top of panel cost — $77 per sq ft all in, with no travel charge anywhere in the country.
What the $22 Buys
Installation is priced per square foot on top of the panels, so a 144 sq ft home theatre field is $7,920 in panels plus $3,168 installation — $11,088 all in. There's no travel charge, no regional pricing and no separate call-out fee.

Our crews travel from Dallas, where the warehouse is. Outside DFW that means installation is a scheduled trip rather than a same-day call-out — we agree the date in advance. The rate is identical wherever you are.
What we don't do
We don't pull permits or act as your code consultant. We supply fire-rated panel options for commercial specification and will confirm what we can supply against your project's stated requirements before anything is manufactured — but any permitting is handled by you or your contractor. We'd rather be clear about that now than at site assessment.
We also don't do electrical work. The panels run on low voltage and plug into a standard outlet at the ceiling. If there isn't one there already, that single outlet is an electrician's job and isn't part of what we quote.
How an Installation Runs
Site assessment
We confirm ceiling construction, grid module and edge type, finished height and access. This sets the installation rate.
Design and manufacture
The starfield is laid out around your fixtures, then panels are built to that layout. Allow build time once approved.
Fit
Panels drop into the grid or surface mount, Cat5 daisy-chained panel to panel. No drilling, no attic, no ceiling repair.
Commission and hand over
Full test, effects set up, walkthrough of the controls, and the crew clears the site before leaving.
Larger commercial areas are phased so parts of the venue stay open, and scheduled around your trading hours. A gaming floor or ballroom runs across consecutive days rather than one.

Not included: freight — panels ship crated and shipping is quoted at order. Also excluded are the suspended grid itself and your field tile, the ceiling outlet, any grid modification or hanger wire, and applicable sales tax. Shooting stars, constellation mapping and colour changing are quoted on top.
